Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using tynsy.pet or placing an order with TYNSY.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tynsy.pet, placing a pre-order, or purchasing any TYNSY product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Company Information

TYNSY is a U.S.-based pet lifestyle brand founded and operated by Mohamed Ibrahim, based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. Contact: support@tynsy.pet.

3. Products and Pre-Orders

TYNSY PortaPaw™ is currently available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you authorize TYNSY to charge your payment method for the full purchase price. Pre-orders will be fulfilled when production is complete. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays outside our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). TYNSY reserves the right to change product pricing at any time. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of your purchase. Pre-order pricing is locked in at the time of reservation and will not change regardless of future price adjustments.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. TYNSY does not store your full payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on tynsy.pet — including but not limited to product designs, renders, images, copy, branding, and the TYNSY PortaPaw™ product design — is the intellectual property of TYNSY and its founder. TYNSY PortaPaw™ is patent pending (Application #63/924,376). Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any TYNSY intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYNSY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Product Use

TYNSY PortaPaw™ is designed for use with cats and small dogs. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the product is appropriate for their pet's size, weight, and temperament. TYNSY is not liable for any injury to pets or persons arising from improper use of the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alexandria, Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms

TYNSY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of tynsy.pet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
