SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Processing

PortaPaw™ is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders will be processed and shipped once production is complete and units are ready for fulfillment. We will notify all pre-order customers via email with an estimated ship date as soon as it is confirmed. Pre-order customers will be prioritized in the order their reservation was placed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

International shipping options will be announced at launch. If you are located outside the United States and wish to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please join our waitlist at tynsy.pet.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@tynsy.pet. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. TYNSY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@tynsy.pet and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
