REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

We want you to love your TYNSY PortaPaw™. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all components included (upper compartment, lower compartment, magnetic lid, mesh filter tray, and any included PortaPad™ packs).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@tynsy.pet with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order reservations may be cancelled at any time before your unit ships for a full refund — no questions asked. To cancel your pre-order, email support@tynsy.pet with your order number and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your PortaPaw™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tynsy.pet with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • PortaPad™ liner packs that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
