Pre-Order Terms
By placing a pre-order for TYNSY PortaPaw™, you acknowledge that the product has not yet been manufactured and is scheduled to ship in Q2 2026. Pre-orders are binding and non-refundable except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen circumstances.
Production Delays Disclaimer
While we are committed to our Q2 2026 shipping timeline, manufacturing delays, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery dates. TYNSY is not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email.
Limitation of Liability
TYNSY PortaPaw™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TYNSY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Intellectual Property Protection
TYNSY PortaPaw™ is protected by patent pending status. All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of TYNSY. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited by law.
Use of Website

Refunds are issued according to our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania.
