Processing Time
All pre-orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with order details immediately after purchase. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Pre-Order Ships: Q2 2026 (April–June 2026)
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days for domestic orders and 10–21 business days for international orders, depending on your location and carrier.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your TYNSY PortaPaw™ ships. You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking link. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Standard shipping is included with all pre-orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination. Please contact [email protected] for international shipping inquiries.
Delays & Disclaimers
While we strive to meet our Q2 2026 shipping target, unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters may impact delivery timelines. We will communicate any delays to customers as soon as possible. TYNSY is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement at no additional cost.
