Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your TYNSY PortaPaw™, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition with all components, packaging, and documentation. The carrier should show minimal to no signs of use. Heavily used or damaged carriers may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the product ships (Q2 2026). Cancellations requested before shipment will receive a full refund. Once your order has shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return: products damaged due to misuse or negligence, products returned without original packaging, and products returned after 30 days from delivery.

Defective Products

If your TYNSY PortaPaw™ arrives defective or malfunctions within 30 days, contact [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.
